Barbara Schlachter-Ebert is the 3 season cook. In the first of her three volumes, "Meine drei Allgäuer Jahreszeiten" ("My Three Allgäu Seasons"), the passionate top chef of the Allgäu presents dishes that can be enjoyed especially from December to the beginning of summer.
