New Entrances 2019: Nikita Sergeev


Here we are with traditional mini interview to one of the new entries of 2019: Nikita Sergeev from the restaurant L’Arcade in Porto San Giorgio.

What prompted you to join JRE?

Certainly my joining JRE has been the most important moment of the year. I asked to join them for a lot of reasons: first of all I firmly believe in all the values of the Association and the ideas that it spreads. I feel I can represent the young italian food service, I’m full of initiative and I believe I can contribute to the life of the Association. Also the increase of working, of course.

Which aspects do you like the most in the life of the association?

Sharing, chances to confront with collegues, familiar atmosphere.

What aspects changed of your being a restaurateur since May, when you’ve been joined JRE?

Thanks to JRE I acquired new important professional skills, and I had the beautiful chance to work in Croatia, where I discovered new people and new cultures.

How do you see your future?

I hope to fit back in size 16… and have our own star shining over my Porto San Giorgio!

What do you want to do when you grow up?

I want to be a chef, absolutely.
