From Marc to November, JRE Croatia and Miele Croatia organized 4 master-classes

A joint project sharing passion of cooking and sharing emotions through flavours

We organised four masterclasses to bring together Miele’s stunning, state-of-the-art technology with the outstanding skills of JRE Croatia chefs (Rudolf Štefan – Pelegrini; Priska Thuring – Dubravkin put; Marina Gaši – Marina; Damir Modrušan – Zigante). Each chef presented a three-course menu using a selection of Miele’s high-quality equipment. What’s more, every course was paired with top Croatian wines and champagnes from Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Moet Hennessy. Each wine was served in a fine wine glass provided by Riedel.
