We organised four masterclasses to bring together Mieleâ€™s stunning, state-of-the-art technology with the outstanding skills of JRE Croatia chefs (Rudolf Å tefan â€“ Pelegrini; Priska Thuring â€“ Dubravkin put; Marina GaÅ¡i â€“ Marina; Damir ModruÅ¡an â€“ Zigante). Each chef presented a three-course menu using a selection of Mieleâ€™s high-quality equipment. Whatâ€™s more, every course was paired with top Croatian wines and champagnes from Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Moet Hennessy. Each wine was served in a fine wine glass provided by Riedel.
