The cuisine is focused on seasonal fish of the day, local ingredients, Istrian truffles and Istrian olive oil. The cooking style is best described as traditional presented in an innovative way. Pergola is located in the small Istrian village Zambrattia a hundred meters from the sea, the nearest town is Umag. Should you like nature and history, do not miss to visit Savudrija lighthouse which was built at the times of Austrian Hungarian monarchy. Lighthouse keeper lives there so ask him to let you climb up - view is astonishing!
