At his cozy restaurant in Mittenwald, Andreas serves dishes with rural influences and unexpected twists, as well as a high level of craftsmanship. He sources all the ingredients for his dishes from the immediate surroundings, and the highest quality seasonal products will be used to determine the menu. Chef Andreas Hillejan has been a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs Germany since 2008.
