Right after attending hotel school in Namur, Wallonia, chef Lisa Calcus opened her very own restaurant, Les Gribaumonts. The honours and awards quickly followed. In 2009 she was awarded the title “Young Top Chef of Wallonia”. Three years later, Lisa was named Bru Lady Chef of the Year 2012, and after that Gault Millau honoured her restaurant with a 16/20 score.
