For the past twenty years chef Mark Dixon has been leading kitchens. The Norfolk chef of the year has been a previous winner of numerous national competitions, including Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and Chaine des Rotisseurs at Le Cordon Bleu London. In addition to his work in various kitchens throughout the world, Mark has also spent some time at the 2 Michelin starred restaurant L’Enclume with Simon Rogan.
