Chef Martin Scharff, originally from Dinkelsbühl, was once the youngest of his guild to receive a Michelin star. Scharff is one of the founding members of the JRE, as well as a member of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. The talented chef has cooked for celebrities and guests of the Berlinale for many years. Showcasing great culinary expertise, Scharff also sat in several juries of German and international cooking contests. Today, Martin is the lord of the castle’s kitchen.
