Situated on Murter, a picturesque island in the Adriatic Sea, you’ll find a gourmet hotspot called Boba. Inspired by the island way of life, this high-end fish restaurant serves traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. The restaurant is run by owner and chef Vjeko Bašić. In 2018, he was honoured with the prestigious Chef of the Year Award by Gault Millau. His modern cuisine is inspired by ingredients from the sea and the island itself. Thanks to the open kitchen, you can spy on the kitchen team and observe how your course is being prepared. The interior is tastefully furnished with black accent walls, wooden chairs and tables, and abstract art.
