At Boškinac restaurant you’ll surely have an unforgettable dining experience. Chef Boris Šuljić and his kitchen team work with carefully selected local seasonal ingredients. On the tasting menus, you’ll mainly find dishes made with lamb, cheese, fish, herbs, honey, and olive oil – all from the island of Pag. Next to the lunch and dinner menu, there’s also an outstanding wine list that holds a large number of excellent Croatian wines. In the homely tavern, which lies in a cellar underneath the Boškinac hotel, wine tastings and lively dinners are often organized. Here, you can indulge in an array of domestic specialties, accompanied by Dalmatian folk tunes (“klapa”). Think of famous Pag cheese, Dalmatian smoked ham, curd, anchovy, home-made bean soups, Novalja macaroni, roasted Pag lamb, fish, and Adriatic squid.

Hotel and restaurant Boškinac is situated in a quiet area on the Island of Pag. This lush and green area, with its olive groves, vineyards and pine woods, is the perfect place for hiking and cycling. But exciting sights are also within convenient reach. The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away and you’re merely 10 minutes away from the beach clubs as well as the city of Novalja (2 km). Nearby you’ll also find the famous olive trees at the Gligora cheese factory (20 minutes), the Pag Lace Gallery, and the Museum of Salt (both 30 minutes away).
