Alpine tradition merged with modern gastronomy: that’s chef Christian F. Grainer’s secret ingredient. By working with fresh and seasonal high-quality products from the region, he presents a new 3- to 6-course surprise menu every day. Two of chef Grainer’s first-class specialties include scallop with a cauliflower variation, and pikeperch with tomato lentils. For diners with a sweet tooth, the poppy seed balls with plum and sour cream ice cream are highly recommended. Next to the well-coordinated courses, you can enjoy the many treasures from the wine cellar at Christians Restaurant. The chef’s spouse, award-winning sommelière Christiane Grainer, will ensure you can enjoy a perfect food-and-wine-pairing.
