The choice of raw materials, local and seasonal, from small producers, farmers and local freshwater fishermen are carefully selected by the chef.
At restaurant Feel, the dishes are all connected to the surrounding area: Lake Como, the mountains and the Mediterranean region. Chef Federico Beretta’s cooking style clearly reflects traditions. In his modern Italian cuisine, he showcases excellent regional recipes, including freshly caught fish from Lake Como. His dishes are served in an elegant, refined bistro right in the center of the historic town. The small and young team in the kitchen works united with great passion, led by chef Federico in the kitchen and by his wife Elisa in the dining room. Diners can order dishes à la carte, or try the 4- to 8-course tasting menu, representing the best the kitchen at Feel restaurant has to offer.
Restaurant Feel lies in the center of the town of Como, right at the southern tip of the famous Lake Como in northern Italy. The Larian and Alpine territories create a stunning scenery of high mountains and lakes, woods, and streams. But there’s also a Mediterranean appeal, thanks to the microclimates of the shores of the lakes. Interesting sights in the city of Como include the Life Electric sculpture, dedicated to Alessandro Volta, inventor of the electric battery, and Villa Olmo, an 18th-century villa featuring art exhibitions and beautiful gardens on Lake Como.
