The restaurant’s Michelin-starred cuisine revolves around regional produce. In Saint-Nicolas’ sober yet sublime ambiance, the Vanderhaeghe chefs pamper your palate with original flavour combinations, thoughtful presentations, and innovative cooking techniques. You can opt for a 3-, 5- or 7-course dinner. On Saturday, there’s a special 4-course lunch (don’t forget to book your table in advance).
