At hotel restaurant Krainer, chefs Andreas and Astrid offer multiple signature dishes for you to enjoy. These include re-imagined traditional recipes, such as sautéed beef testicles with creamy celery and Johann ham, and Styrian pumpkin seed yeast dumplings.
