The Bembergs Häuschen’s cuisine is all about serving gourmet delights with a touch of humour. Letting his creativity roam freely, chef Oliver Röder artistically prepares his own interpretation of German cuisine. Expect fine dishes with a wink. Like his "cigars" made from pieces of oxtail covered in dough, accompanied by matching oxtail soup that’s served in a cognac glass. Chef Oliver only works with the best products that the Eifel, Rhein and Sieg regions have to offer. The result: Eifel culinary art with a contemporary twist. Good to know: vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available upon request.
