Magnolia’s cuisine

The cuisine at Magnolia is all about producing the highest quality dishes using the best techniques and dynamics, based on current local ingredients. Several modern technologies are used by chef Alberto Faccani to enhance the flavours.  The chef likes to imagine his dishes as flower gardens. Alberto is fascinated by color, nature and art, both of which inspire his interpretation of the concept of taste. Judging from his outstanding cuisine, it is no wonder he has been awarded 2 Michelin stars.

Cesenatico surroundings

Magnolia Restaurant is located in the Italian seaside town Cesenatico. During the summer, this city turns into one of the most popular spots on the Adriatic Riviera, because of its history, charm, and captivating lifestyle.  The most interesting area of the old town is located near Piazza delle Conserve, an underground structure likely built by fishermen in the 17th century as a repository for fish, Cesenatico's main source of protein.  From the Piazzetta, surrounded by characteristic houses, you can access the fish market and Porto Canale. Here you will find a picturesque canal port, originally designed by Da Vinci in 1502 with colorful houses, cafés & sailing boats. Toward the sea, you will find another interesting sight: the museum and former house of the poet Marino Moretti.
