Hans-Harald Reber is owner and chef at restaurant Rebers Pflug. He attended the Altötting hotel management school for his culinary education. After this, Hans-Hareld worked at various restaurants, including Eisenbahn in Schwäbisch Hall, Wielandshöhe in Stuttgart, and Corviglia in St. Moritz. In 1996, together with his wife Anette, chef Hans-Harald opened restaurant Rebers Pflug in the historic Landgasthof Pflug. Here, the chef conjures up his exquisite cosmopolitan cuisine.

The seasonal food at restaurant Rebers Pflug is created using excellent local produce. The dishes by chef Hans-Harald are distinctive and excellently flavoured. On the menu, you’ll find classic Mediterranean options, as well as regional favorites and Asian influences. The chef’s high-quality steaks are a specialty that draws diners from near and far. Other favourites on the menu include the exquisite salmon tataki with curry, cauliflower cream, pickled turnips, miso aioli and leek oil; and the saddle of venison with red shallot jus, chanterelles, pointed cabbage maki and parsley Spätzle (small dumplings).

Rebers Pflug restaurant is situated in Schwäbisch Hall, a town in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. This historic place is one of Germany’s oldest towns and once flourished with salt production dating back to medieval times. Interesting sights in the town are the Baroque City Hall and the gorgeous Roman-Gothic St. Michael’s Church. During the summer, tourists come to Schwäbisch Hall to enjoy the open-air festival. For outdoor lovers, the surrounding area offers countless hiking and cycling routes with breathtaking views.
