Chestnut’s cuisine

The carefully created menus by award-winning chef Rob Krawczyk change regularly. This way, they reflect the changing produce of the season, which is all sourced locally and organic as much as possible. Rob himself passionately engages with local gardeners and farmers, and has a real interest in growing particular foods in order to make amazing meals.  The dishes at restaurant Chestnut are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The friendly, welcoming service led by Rob’s partner Elaine fits perfectly the outstanding food. Specialties on the menu include his deliciously prepared mussels with caviar and dill, and the exquisitely fine lamb with roast aubergine and preserved ramson seed caper sauce. It’s no surprise chef Rob’s excellent cuisine was awarded a Michelin star, and continues to draw guests from near and far.
