Ksenija thinks that the preservation of the rural culture and our heritage is necessary and very important, therefore her menu contains traditional flavors of Brkini and Karst region. Her cuisine is free, a product of her imagination. It reflects her childhood, her growth, and the way she thinks and also shows her respect for tradition and her land.

Sale of regional products (marmalade, honey from our village, home-made biscuits, Kraški brinjevec – Karst juniper brandy, local GIN...). We captured a piece of The Slovenian Potica in a jar, an innovative way to preserve its freshness without using preservatives or other additives. And it also provides today's ecologically aware consumer with practical reusable packaging. A great idea for a gift.
