JRE-CROATIA RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION ORGANIZES MASTERCLASSES IN WHICH YOU CAN PARTICIPATE TOO!

The restaurant association JRE-Croatia, in cooperation with Miele kitchen partners, organizes eight masterclasses annually, which are divided into the regions of Zagreb and Split!

The Masterclasses are closed and are held in Miele experience centers in Zagreb and Split!

Each masterclass has its own participants or holders, and they are the chefs of the restaurant of the JRE-Croatia association, who prepare a menu with ingredients from small producers who are partners of the association, and the wine pairings are provided by JRE winemakers.

Last week, the third consecutive JRE & Miele masterclass took place in Zagreb, and its participants were the restaurant Dubravkin put with chef Tibor Valinčić, who prepared a menu from Sinova ravnica! Winery Coronica accompanied the entire masterclass with its sparkling wine, aged Malvasia Otoviana and Gran terano!

Tibor prepared a cornet of herbs filled with fermented curd, lard, black garlic and smoked red pepper powder for the welcome.

For the main course, we tasted black Slavonian pork confit with smoked leeks, black Slavonian pig kulen cream, and slow-cooked black Slavonian pig cheek.

Finally, we enjoyed white chocolate pralines and JRE Chiavalon olive oil.

In this season, two more masterclasses will be held, one in Zagreb on May 15. with Zijavica restaurant and on 29.4. in Split with the team Lešić Dimitri from the island of Korčula!

UDRUGA RESTORANA JRE-HRVATSKA ORGANIZIRA MASTERCLASSEVE NA KOJIMA I VI MOŽETE SUDJELOVATI!

Udruga restorana JRE-Hrvatska u suradnji sa partnerima Miele kuhinje organizira godišnje osam masterclasseva koji su podijeljeni na regije Zagreb i Split!

Masterclassevi su zatvorenog tipa a održavaju se u Miele experience centrima u Zagrebu i Splitu!

Svaki masterclass ima svoje sudionike odnosno nositelje a oni su chefovi restorana udruženja JRE-Hr koji pripremaju menu sa namirnicama malih proizvođača koji su partneri udruge a za vinsku pratnju zalužni su vinari JRE.

Pošli tjedan održao se treći po redu JRE & Miele masterclass u Zagrebu a njegovi sudionici bili su restoran Dubravkin put sa chefom Tiborom Valinčićem koji je spremao menu od Sinova ravnice! Vinarija Coronica popratila je cjelokupan masterclass sa svojim pjenušcem, odležanom Malvazijom Otovianom te Gran teranom!

Tibor je spremao Kornet od začinskog bilja punjen fermentiranom skutom, lardom, crnim češnjakom i prahom dimljene crvene paprike za dobrodošlicu. Za glavno jelo kušali smo confit crne slavonske svinje sa dimljenim porilukom, kremom od kulena crne slavonske svinje te sporo kuhani obraz crne slavonske svinje.

Za kraj uživalo smo u pralinama od bijele čokolade i JRE Chiavalon maslinovog ulja.

U ovoj sezoni održat će se još dva masterclassa, jedan u Zagrebu 15.5. na kojem gostuje restoran Zijavica te 29.4. u Splitu gdje su glavni akteri team Lešić Dimitri sa otoka Korčule!
