In their companion wines, the dedicated sommelier team is able to draw upon the riches of one of the best wine cellars of the Arlberg. There is (almost) nothing you cannot find, or so you might feel when faced with such a breadth of global wines and depth of vintages. Open wines are not just poured from large bottles, but also from matured vintages, while surprises should never be ruled out. The health focus of this establishment has also found a footing in the beverage selection: including herbal essences, homemade juniper syrup with tonic, fruit juices from Vorarlberg and teas, perfectly attuned to the menu.
