However, it was his culinary odyssey at Copenhagen’s Relae, alongside luminaries like Magnus Nilson and Christian Puglisi, that sparked a cosmic transformation. As executive head chef and co-owner of Cosmos restaurant, Vladislav blends traditional Bulgarian cuisine with a touch of “space oddity”, offering guests an ethereal dining experience that defies labels and transports taste buds on celestial journey.

Our mission is to preserve and develop culinary heritage, supporting small businesses and showcasing our country’s traditions and richness through sustainable and quality ingredients. So Ferments, Cosmos’s specialized fermentation lab. Using Koji, tempeh, and lactobacillus, we craft unique and healthful products using Bulgarian ingredients. Handcrafted with traditional techniques, our ferments enhance dishes with deep and complex flavors, providing an unforgettable dining experience.
