Viktoria Fuchs is head chef at restaurant Spielweg. From a young age, Viktoria was exposed to the hotel industry as her parents owned the Spielweg Romantik Hotel. She began her culinary education in restaurant Hirschen, after which she interned at various restaurants including Adler, Poletto, and Dorint Söl'ring Hof. Next, she joined the kitchen at restaurant Hirschen, as well as at Hamburg's Le Canard, Spatzenhof, and Naurath-Wald's Landhaus St. Urban. In 2016, Viktoria returned to her parents' hotel restaurant, Spielweg, where she leads the kitchen and conjures up exquisite classic cuisine.

Green Michelin star
The cuisine at restaurant Spielweg consists of classic, regional dishes, cleverly combined with Asian flavours and adapted to the seasons. The kitchen team uses seasonal herbs, edible flowers, and vegetables, all from her own garden. She wants her dishes to be as regional as possible and aims to amaze her guests’ palates with traditional yet inventive cuisine. The restaurant received a prestigious Green Michelin star, in recognition of its outstanding achievements in the field of sustainability.
Restaurant Spielweg is located in Münstertal, belonging to the district of Baden-Württemberg in Southern Germany. Interesting sights in the area include the medieval town of Tübingen, as well as Freiburg with the renowned "Bächle", the watercourses meandering around the alleys of the old city. The old border and university town of Constance on the southern shore are surrounded by the beautiful island of Reichenau, and “Flower Island” Mainau. Also worth visiting is the university town of Heidelberg, with its many baroque red sandstone houses.
The Cheese Factory
As early as 1995 a very own cheese aromatically spicy alpine cheese and a softly melting Obermünstertal cheese is produced according to traditional methods. From the resulting whey Molkenzieger cream cheese is produced. The cheese is matured in a natural cellar directly behind the factory.
