Chef Damien Germanier is introducing a new approach to cooking through his gastronomy. He wants to awaken your senses. Through his dishes, he aims to tell you a gourmet story. Instead of a traditional menu, this story is discovered through a surprise menu. With this unique approach, Damien takes you on a gourmet cuisine journey that will surely delight your palate. More than 90 percent of the dishes served at Damien Germanier’s restaurant are gluten or lactose-free. All created with local ingredients and harvested while respecting the environment.
Modern dining in Sion
The atmosphere at restaurant Damien Germanier is pleasantly contemporary. The walls are decorated with black and white photo prints of his tattoos, which tell you something about the authentic style of the chef himself. Located in the center of Sion, the restaurant is within walking distance of cultural highlights. Two of the most popular spots are the historic Valère Basilica and medieval castle Château de Tourbillon.
