Restaurant DAM is situated on the outskirts of Nova Gorica, a modern university town in Slovenia near the Italian border. The town is known as the “City of Roses” because of its bourbon roses that are planted every year around the town. In May, the 12.000 roses blossom, resulting in a spectacular experience.
