Passionately committed to being more sustainable, the De Prà family invests in producing 80% of the restaurant’s ingredients themselves. In doing so, they’ve been able to reduce their carbon footprint and cut back on the use of plastic packaging. This gastronomic hotspot in Alpago, Northern Italy, is beautifully located in the setting of Mount Dolada. Dolada’s cuisine

In the kitchen of restaurant Dolado, top chef Riccardo De Prà conjures up some of the finest regional dishes that are deconstructed and reassembled in a contemporary manner. Through this, the dishes take on a new identity, while keeping their roots and their history intact.  The wild territory of Italy is expressed through a new display of authentic Italian flavours. Each dish can be perfectly paired with an excellent glass of wine from the extensive wine list, containing both Italian and international labels.

Alpago area

Located in the comune of Alpago, restaurant Dolada is the perfect end point after a day of exploring and sightseeing. The nearby Dolomites offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking and hang gliding. Some larger cities and interesting places in the area include Venice (80 km), Belluno (12 km), Treviso (79 km), Serravalle/Vittorio Veneto (31 km), Lago di Santa Croce (10 km), and the Cansiglio Forest (22 km).
