Taverna Estia’s cuisine

At restaurant Taverna Estia, chef Francesco Sposito splendidly showcases his exciting Italian delights. This Michelin star chef is greatly committed to sustainable gastronomy. Thus, plastic is no longer welcome in his kitchen and all organic kitchen waste is being composted in the restaurant’s vegetable garden. Chef Francesco presents three superb tasting menus, but you can also order dishes à la carte. Expect specialties such as tagliatelle of squid, and risotto with vanilla lemon jam, raw purple prawns, clams and Bronte pistachio oil. The mille-feuille with Normandy butter, vanilla cream and caramel is just one of his many delicious desserts. The restaurant’s wine list, selected by the highly skilled in-house sommelier Mario Sposito, contains great choices from Campania and other great wine regions in Italy.
