The concept of restaurant In-Fine emerged from years of learning and training in a variety of restaurants in southern France and Burgundy. Focusing on sustainability, the restaurant works with fresh products which come from no further than 200 km of Frontignan.  What’s more, the restaurant has its own 250 square meter vegetable garden where their vegetables and fruits are grown. Chef and owner Grégory Doucey conjures up the most excellent regional cuisine from this, drawing gourmets from near and far.

In-Fine’s cuisine

The cuisine at In-Fine restaurant is based on fresh and raw products. Chef Grégory Doucey selects all his products from suppliers within a 200 km distance of the restaurant. From the chef's open kitchen at the back of the restaurant, he prepares a new 3- to 6-course menu every week. Every dish coming from this kitchen is based on local products which are elevated by the chef’s culinary insights and exquisite techniques. By focussing on the flavours, textures and colours of the raw ingredients, he manages to compose every dish to perfection. Good to know: vegetarian options are available upon request.

Restaurant In-Fine is located in Frontignan, a picturesque town on the Mediterranean sea, in southern France. Frontignan is famous for its wine, the Muscat de Frontignan, a sweet wine made solely from the Muscat grape variety. Interesting sights in the area include the historic town center of Frontignan with its medieval church and dovecote. The Frontignan beach draws many tourists each year, and outdoor lovers can find many bike paths and hiking trails with stunning ocean views.
