At restaurant Le Bouillon, chef Jemmy Brouet works with the best flavours of the ocean, from freshly-caught fish to top-quality oysters. As the chef is not a fan of culinary monotony, the menu changes each week. As you already expect, local seafood specialties play a starring role. You can order the 2- to 4-course market menu or the 3- to 7-course surprise tasting menu. Expect dishes like sea bream ceviche with creamy cauliflower and mimosa; and the saddle of rabbit with mustard, figs and wild mushrooms. For dessert, there are many delicious options, including the chef’s tarte tatin with vanilla and tonka half-whipped cream.
