On July 4th, 10 JRE-France restaurants prepared a nice cocktail lunch ; each Chef prepared a recipe, without using electricity, and 10 wine makers brought one Champagne cuvée each to pair these dishes.
250 people from Champagne region, Belgium, rest of France and even the Netherlands came to enjoy this special lunch!
