SENSI’s Cuisine

The cuisine at SENSI is extravagant in its simplicity - it does not try to mix too many ingredients but works on making the ingredients stand boldly on their own so that each mouthful is an explosion of simple flavours. Ingredients sourced from the surrounding Campania region, similar to those that Chef Alessandro Tormolino grew up eating, take centre stage at this restaurant with some surprising twists from other cultures and cuisines thrown in along the way. Try the lobster in a crust of herbs, mustard, ginger, candied lemon, fennel and jalapeno which is sweet, spicy and an example of how every ingredient is bold enough to stand on its own. Or dig into some homemade local specialities of risotto or fresh pasta, all of which will blow you away and demonstrate why Italian cuisine has become a favourite around the globe.
