All dishes are highlighted by refined taste, elegance and a harmonious balance. A daily supply of fresh fish, meat and vegetables is the excellent starting point of the cuisine. If you’re a true gourmet fan, you cannot miss out on their signature dishes like mackerel and carabineros in ceviche with green strawberry, green tomato and lettuce, or candied quail with piccalilli, broad beans and sweet onion.

The large beautiful windows give restaurant Marrees a clean and light look. The modern interior has international appeal and a fresh atmosphere, with playful accents in the lamps and wallpaper. The use of natural materials reflects chefs Jan & Patricia’s love for the sea and land.
