Sébastien Lambert-Carabin

After chef Sébastien Lambert-Carabin finished his culinary studies and an apprenticeship at Liège Heliport, he spent 10 years in London. Here, he worked with top chefs, including Pierre Gagnaire (restaurant Sketch) and Adam Byatt (restaurant Trinity).  He returned to Liège in 2017 and slowly started thinking about opening up his own fine-dining establishment. In 2020, he opened the doors of restaurant Au Moriane. Each month, together with his team, the Sébastien continues to reinvent his cuisine through the ever-changing menu.
