Sommelier Grega Repovž is an avid lover of good food and fantastic, lesser-known wines. Grega was awarded best sommelier of 2021 by Gault Millau in Slovenia. It is his enthusiasm that ensures the vision given to him by his parents, and his grandparents, who operated the restaurant before him. A reflection of the interwoven generations is shown, above all, in the cuisine and ambiance of restaurant Gostilna Repovž. His mother, chef Metka Repovž, reigns in the kitchen, assisted by her daughter-in-law, chef Sabina Repovž, while Grega and his sister Urška and brother Anže welcome the guests.
