Offering a fresh take on contemporary cuisine in Slovenia, Tomaž has become an essential part of the creative culinary team, while Nina focuses on creating the perfect wine-pairing experience with each meal. The menu is based on the relationship between the four classical elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire, each representing a taste – sweet, salty, sour and bitter.
