As a result, restaurant Die Forelle offers not only popular labels but also lesser-known ones, such as wines and cider produced in the Carinthia region. The exclusive digestif options include fine spirits from Eastern Tyrol and Salzburg, and the beer specialties Monika selected are from the nearby valley of Gailtal.
