With an impressive list of achievements, chef Roland Huber's culinary résumé could be called a “who's who” of the Austrian and German gourmet scene. After working at various restaurants, the chef decided it was time for his own establishment. Together with his wife Barbara, Roland has started his own crossover kitchen at restaurant Esslokal. As a shooting star in Austria’s culinary scene, he has already won three Gault Millau toques and is on his way to earn many more awards.
