Richard Rauch is owner and chef at restaurant Geschwister Rauch & Villa Rosa. After finishing his culinary education Richard did internships with top chefs like Hans Haas, Joachim Wissler, Nils Henkel, and Christian Petz. He now runs the family establishment Geschwister Rauch & Villa Rosa, together with his sister Sonja. Here he is in charge of the kitchen and conjures up delicious Austrian dishes. He was the winner of “Austria’s Chef of the Year 2015” from Gault Millau and received 4 toques, as well as 3 forks from Fallstaff.
