Philip started out at acclaimed restaurants, including Pfefferschiff, Döllerer, The Young Turks (London), and Saturne (Paris). But today, he now shows his outstanding skills on familial ground. At first, he joined forces with his father, chef Helmut Rachinger, who turned hotel restaurant Mühltalhof into a celebrated gourmet address.
