Chef Ana Roš is a Slovenian chef who graduated in international and diplomatic science in Italy, speaks several languages, and much more. In 2017, the Restaurant magazine voted chef Ana the world's best female chef. She is a self-taught cook and her food represents the seasons, the region, her personality, her travels, and most of all: femininity. Sustainability is an important and serious subject to her. For this reason, chef Ana only buys from local producers and adjusts her dishes according to the seasons. She avoids food waste and her wine list is highly sustainable, featuring natural biodynamic wines.
