Bianca van Bochove started working in the hospitality business from a young age. She was only 15 when she took a job at restaurant de Mosselbank in Philippine. Bianca worked in a variety of hotels and gastronomic restaurants over the course of her career, where she learned about everything from food to wines. In 2005, she joined forces with her partner, chef Eric van Bochove, and opened restaurant 't Vlasbloemeken.
