Chef Anton Schmaus opened his very own restaurant Storstad in June 2014, housed inside the historic Regensburger Goliathhaus. Storstad is Swedish for “big city”. That same year, Storstad was awarded one star in the prestigious Michelin Guide, as well as three out of four hoods, and 17 points from Gault Millau. Next to this, Gault Millau also chose chef Anton as the rising star of the year. The restaurant of Anton Schmaus offers a relaxed fine-dining experience that does not require guests to dress up and wear a tie. Since 2010, the Jeunes Restaurateurs group has welcomed the creative chef as a member of its family.
