After working in some of the best restaurants in German-speaking countries, Jason Grom found his way back home in 2017 and reopened Die Burg in Aasen together with his brother Niklas. Jason’s focus in Die Burg is on regional, modern and fine cuisine using only the finest ingredients to reinvent classic German dishes. Not afraid to experiment, Jason takes the skills he has learned at some of the top restaurants he has worked in to blend international flavours and recipes into his home-cooked and beautifully presented German dishes.
