As a little boy, Christian Binder already knew what he wanted to be when he would grow up: a chef. He applied to Germany’s best restaurants and completed internships with Michelin-starred-chefs Johannes King and Kolja Kleeberg. After that, training with Michael Hoffmann in Margaux followed. Chef Christian then worked in multiple positions in Alten Post with chef Hans Stefan Steinheuer, and for chef Nils Henkel in Shanghai and in London. Finally, in 2014, he returned to Bad Neuenahr, to become a head chef in Steinheuer's restaurant Zur Alten Post.
