Guy Wallin

Chef Guy Wallyn has been head chef at Bottminger Schloss since the beginning of 2017. It is a return to the workplace for Guy. He worked there as Chef de Partie Poissonier between 2003 and 2011, and made the Schloss famous with his excellent fish dishes. Since his time in Basel's Steakhouse "800 degrees", the renowned chef doesn’t only enjoy working with fish, he is also one of the best at handling premium meats.  The Maître de Cuisine graduated from the Thann hotel school in France. He first reached success with his professional work as a sous chef at the "Säge" inn in Flüh (1 Michelin star & 17 Gault Millau points).
