Daniel Lehmann

Chef-owner Daniel Lehmann and his partner, Nicole Lehmann, both completed their cooking and hospitality apprenticeship and gained valuable experience in various businesses, both in Switzerland and abroad. After this, Nicole decided to broaden her expertise and studied at the hotel management school in Thun. Chef Daniel joined his parents at Moosegg. Now a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs, he served on the Swiss national culinary team for several years. In 2011, Daniel and Nicole made their dream of joint management come true: they took over Moosegg restaurant and, together with the rest of their team, have been running it successfully ever since.
